To reach Lopes Mendes from Praia do Pouso, you'll need to follow an unguided and unpaved trail that takes approximately 25 minutes. It's important to note that the return boat departs from Pouso Beach as well, so it's essential to consider the return time to avoid missing it.


On rainy days or after rain, the trail can become very slippery. Mobility is required for this part of the tour.


While you'll find a few beach vendors, there are no bars or restaurants available. To ensure your comfort, it's recommended to bring plenty of water, snacks, and cash.


Please be aware that there is no rubbish collection in Lopes Mendes. It is crucial to take all the rubbish you produce back to the boat with you.
