3 in 1 Adventure: Cedro Island, Waterfall & Indigenous Village
Spend 5 to 6 hours on a calm, crystal-clear island beach, a hidden cove and a freshwater waterfall. Cross by boat to Cedro Island, then visit a Pataxó village and swim at Iriri Waterfall.
Island beach, secret cove and a Pataxó village in one day
Swap the crowds for one of Paraty’s most beautiful islands. After a short, calm boat ride of 5 to 10 minutes from Iriri or Cão Morto beach, you’ll arrive at Cedro Island and spend about three hours on its crystal-clear, wave-free water. Relax on the main beach, have lunch at Nelson Bar under the shade of an almond tree, then follow an easy trail to the secret beach on the other side of the island.
After the island, you’ll head to Iriri Beach, within the Pataxó indigenous reserve. Walk through the village, see the handmade crafts and cool off with a swim at Iriri Waterfall before returning to Paraty.
